Hospitalization of one adult female being treated intraveniously for infection resulting from an abrasion of the leg. There are seven pages that include doctors' billings, hospital billing, and diagnoses by supervising physician.
These documents do not have to be certified. The resulting documents will guide the insurance people in their decision regarding allowed expenses. They have reviewed the German originals, but need some clarification as some terms could be interpreted several ways.
