Request for translation quotes from freelance translators / translation agencies
Bengali > Hindi: Poem translations
I am an amateur writer - and sometimes compose small bengali poems and short stories. I had been asked by many of my friends (noN-Bengali speaking) that I should translate them in Hindi so they can enjoy them also.
The problem is this: Since this is a poem, literary translation and concept translation is required rather than exact word translation to express the same kind of feeling.
Length could be anywhere between 350 - 500 words in poems and about 5 pages in short stories.
So, basically, I am looking for a translator who will have literary knowledge of bengali and hindi, so he/she can express the feeling of a particular expression without doing a word-by-word translation.

হটাথ এই তো সেদিন তুমি এলে জীবনে -
দুর্যোগের মধ্যে যখন একা আমি
অসহায়, ক্লান্ত, শীতের রাতের মতন নিস্তব্ধ. অশান্ত ঢেউ-এর ফেনার মতন মন - সারা শরীর জুড়ে সন্যাসী-র উদাসীনতা. তুমি এলে, আমার
চুল নিয়ে খেললে. কটা এলাচের দানা দিয়ে গেলে আমায়. আমার ঠোঁট ভালোবেসে বলে গেলে - আবার কাল.
