English > Spanish (US): Clinical questionnaires

I need to recruit a team of qualified and experienced translators to translate clinical questionnaires from English to US Spanish for ongoing project. The questionnaires to be translated are designed for patients, not pharmaceutical specialists, thus the end product in Spanish should be easily understood by anyone, including subjects with a low level of education

Requirements for translators:

-Must be Spanish native speakers whose linguistic background is Mexican or South American (from Ecuador, Venezuela, Chile, Peru, Columbia, Bolivia, Uruguay, Argentina) who have lived at least 15 years in the US and are fluent in English.
-Must live in the US
-Must have a degree in translation/linguistics/language
-Must have some expertise with Trados (don’t need to own the software)
-Must respect deadline
-Must have more than 5 years of experience in translation of medical and clinical documents
-Must accept payments via PayPal

The chosen candidates should expect to meet with me via CONFERENCE CALLS through Skype to discuss questionnaires. Please indicate in your cover letter your minimum rate per hour for conferences.
