Request for voice over quotes from freelance translators / translation agencies

Hello,
We are writing from a translation, localization and voiceover company located in India. We work with freelance translators and voiceover artists located world-wide
We have a new requirement for Brazilian Portuguese voice over.
Requirements:
Male : 30 Minutes
Female : 35 Minutes
Please send your voice samples with studio recording in mp3 or wma format.
Kindly let us know your best rate per minute for the finished final audio output including (studio + voice over artist cost + post production).
Post production requires only cleaning and editing. We do not need any music or effects.
Regarding our payment terms, we will pay within 30 days from the date of your invoice through wire transfer.
We do not encourage any advance payments.
