Request for translation quotes from freelance translators (no agencies please)

Hi,
if anyone who are interested in some freelance translation work.
We are a company based in Shengzhen that deals with translating English television programmes into other languages. Chinese (Taiwan Chinese) is one of them…
Basically we are looking for people to take on this work on regular freelance basics, and if the relationship is okay, we can provide up to 70 hours of translation every week, depends on how much or less work you like to take on. Our rate for this is USD.$.1.5 per minute for translation. We do base on duration of the film. so say a 30 minutes film, whether there is dialogue or not it will be rated 30 minutes of translation work done.
