Required long-experienced (10+ years) Legal Proofreaders (10+ years), must be native English speakers, for proofreading some laws and regulations translated into English.
Job Description:
Proofreading (light to moderate) a book of laws and regulations translated into English, containing about 1000 A4 pages (say within -4-5 months), saved in MS-Word file format.

Job Duties:
1. Correct spelling, grammar, punctuation and syntax.
2. Correct errors in sentence structure and language usage.
3. Make note of recommended changes in wording or phrasing to improve translation’s readability.
4. Restructure sentences when necessary.
5. Reorganize, where necessary, paragraphs to make them more logical to the reader.
6. Alter word choices where necessary.
7. Ensure consistency throughout by noting or correcting the author's use of specific terminology, etc.
8) Formatting of proofread document(s).
9) Make an errata sheet and a table of contents for each law or regulation.
