Request for translation quotes from freelance translators / translation agencies

Now I have a job from English to Czech and Slovak translation now. There are around 20,000 to 30,000 word for each language. It is a website translation.
I can send you a sample to check after hearing from you.
We would be grateful if you could tell us:
1.Can you use any CAT tools, like Trados 2007?
2.Could you let me know what is your daily output and rates for translation and editing respectively?
