We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled linguist to work closely on review projects with some of our most prized clients. The suitable candidate must have excellent linguistic skills and a high level of English fluency. A particular focus on Marketing/Advertising, along with a strong technical background are beneficial.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with our Client’s language specialists, you will:
• Review translation content
• Provide feedback and assistance to translators to improve quality
• Liaise with other reviewers
• Maintain glossaries
• Fix linguistic bugs
Minimum requirements:
• A translation or IT related degree (Other relevant fields of expertise considered)
• Mother tongue speaker and fluent in English
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a translator/reviewer
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to quickly spot errors
• Knowledge/use of CAT tools, particularly Idiom World Server, Desktop Workbench or Google Translator Toolkit (GTT)
