The present document establishes the general purchasing conditions (hereinafter the “GPC”) which govern the supply of all type of goods, equipment and materials (hereinafter the “Goods” ) and/or the provision of all type of services (hereinafter the “Services”) by suppliers (hereinafter the “Supplier”) to the company and/or any company under its control, either directly or indirectly (hereinafter, the “Buyer”).
