Potential request for proof-reading quotes from freelance translators (no agencies please)
English > English: Searching for a flexible and well-educated native English proofreader for long-term collaboration
Since my regular proofreader is going on maternity leave soon I will need a second proofreader for quick-turnaround projects (grammar, spelling, some stylistic changed). Payment approx. $1.5 per standard page (1650 characters) for texts translated/written by native speakers and approx. $2-3 per standard page for texts by non-native speakers.
I need someone who can reliably cover texts from a variety of fields. Applicants with Skype accounts (for coordinating projects via chat) are preferred. If successful the collaboration will be long term.
Payment within 14 days after receipt of invoice (I will be glad to try and accommodate your preferred method of payment).
