서 론
뇌졸중 환자에서 보행 기능의 회복은 재활 치료의 가장
중요한 목표 중 하나이다. 보행 기능의 회복을 위한 과제
지향적인 훈련은 환자가 최종 목표
로 하는 동작과 최대한 비슷한 운동을 집중적으로 훈련할
수 있는 환경을 조성하여 운동 기술을 학습하게 하며 대표
적인 예로서 체중 탈부하를 이용한 답차 보행 훈련이 있다. 체
중 탈부하를 이용한 답차 보행 훈련에 의해 뇌졸중이나
척추 손상 등 신경학적 손상이 있는 환자의 보행 기능이
향상되었다는 보고가 있다.
그러나 보행 장애가 있는 환
자를 대상으로 보행 훈련을 안전하게 반복적으로 시행하
기 위해서는 물리치료사의 육체적 노력과 시간이 필요하
며, 물리치료사의 숙련도 등에 따라 보행 운동의 재연성이
떨어지는 문제점이 있다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해서
