§ 3
Purchase price

(1) The purchaser commits himself to pay the purchase price of € XXX,- , in words: XXX thousand as equivalent for the boat.



(2) The purchase-price has o be paid as follows: 10% after mutual signing the contract, a 2. Payment of 60% after completely fixed repair-work according to the attached list of deficiencies. The last payment of 30% during take-over of the boat. 1. and 2.payment will be transferred to the bank-account of the seller, then the last payment will be done in cash. Payment nr: 2, the 60%, must be transferred before the 30th April, after proof of the repairs carried out by way of photos emailed prior to the boat being launched.
