2.3 The Company operates a performance review scheme whereby your knowledge, skills and ability in your job are assessed by the Company from time to time. Your salary may at the Company’s discretion be reviewed based on such assessment.

2.4 Details of any bonus arrangements applicable to your employment will be provided to you and any such bonus arrangements are non-contractual.

3. HOURS OF WORK

3.1 Usual weekly hours of work for full-time employees are 40 hours per week.

3.2 You may be required to work from time to time beyond your usual working hours to meet the Company’s operational requirements.

4. ANNUAL HOLIDAYS

4.1 You are entitled to the Statutory Bank and Public Holidays applicable in the area in which you work.

4.2 You are entitled to 20 days each year, plus the Statutory Bank and Public Holidays referred to in clause 4.1. After 5 years service, this entitlement increases as referred to in clause 4.6.

4.3 The Company’s Holiday Year runs from 1 January to 31 December.

4.4 Your holiday entitlement will be on a pro-rata basis according to the number of full calendar
