Article 1 – Formation
An Association is hereby formed between the current members and all future members accepting to be bound by the current Association Statutes in accordance with the Italian Law of NO-Profit organizations.
Article 2 - Name
The name of this Association shall be “XXX” (hereinafter referred to as "XXX").
Article 3 - Registered Office
The registered office and Headquarter of the Association shall be situated at: XXX – ITALY.
This registered office may, at any time, be transferred to another Country in Mediterranean area – upon a decision taken by the Board of Directors of the Association.
Operating offices shall be located in other Mediterranean main countries: Turkey (XXX), Greece (XXX) and Croatia (XXX) as starting point. Others operating offices will be organized as needed. Meetings and seminars shall be organized around all Mediterranean areas based on member’s office availability.
