Request for consecutive interpretation quotes from freelance translators / translation agencies
Portuguese < > English: Interpreter in Letterkenney/Derry, in Jan./Febr. 2014
I will be needing a (preferably Brazilian) Portuguese interpreter for a Civil Partnership notification appointment and the partnership ceremony five days later, both in Letterkenney.
The interpreter - according to the Registrar 'must be in a position to provide to myself as Registrar
(a) photo identification in the form of a passport and
(b) evidence that they are employed by a translation agency preferably an employment card bearing a photograph, (photocopies of letters from the agency are definitely not acceptable). '
This will be on two dates in January/February 2014, 5 days apart.
NB you don't have to be a Portuguese speaking native, as long as you can do the job and fulfill their criteria, above.
Please specify a flat rate for both days. Neither, I would imagine, will take over an hour each.
Obviously someone in Ireland/N Ireland would be ideal.... thanks!
