straight forward, description as below;
General description of documents and word content:
page 1 - registration. letterhead , statement of fees and Notarised / authenticated
page 2- Registration of payment of mortgage/ receipt
paragraph approx.: 50 words., followed by a block of name, address, location and value, then notarised
page 3. Mortgage , on house title and entries on the title
separated into blocks/ sections down the page:
address, description location, approx. 100 words,
then new entry; approx. 50 words
next entry, repeat half of above entry then another approx. 30 words and notarised.
page 4 ( continued/ back of page 3) same property/entries;
approx. 30 words
next entry; paragraph all repeated from above approx.; 50 words
next entry: cancelation of mortgage/payout: approx. 25 words
then notarised.
All of the above 4 pages have been recently notarised by same person, same signature block, same agency
(all for same purpose of this tourist visa application) on same date: 21 Aug 2013 by an official with his signature/stamp, address
(all details legible/ clearer on one of the pages- same person) sealed with a sticker(individually numbered taxation/ authentication sticker)
