This is a petition by the petitioner-husband under Article 4(5) of Law of Divorce against the respondent -wife.
2.The case of the petiotioner in brief is that his marriage with the respondent was solemnised on 27th August 1993 and registered with the Registrar of Marriages at Margao under no 1155/93 of the Marriage Register for the year 1993.That after the marriage the relation of the plantiff and the defendent was very good upto the year 2000.That during this period two children were born and after the year 2000,the relationship of the plantiff and the defendant got spoiled due to the misunderstandings and the defendant started going to her mother's house frequently.
