PREFACE
Living in England has its good and bad points but now I understand this is the same everywhere, there is no perfect place on earth; if there is good there will be bad. We are all trying to progress, to improve our lives, and this sometimes leads us to forget why we are here, and instead we focus on material values, trying to overtake each other in finance and power.
But the ultimate goal is to find happiness - we have been searching for centuries for a place where everyone is happy. Where, you may ask, is this place of paradise, of happiness?
In my opinion, it is in your heart, mind and your soul, you just need to find your inner peace by learning to connect your body, mind and soul and work out what is important to you, and then you will have your paradise.
To me, nothing in life is always smooth - there will be some rough rides on our journey as a human being. This is what makes living so interesting, the challenges and the problems we face every day, and how we tackle and solve these — we are survivors and in our daily lives we work to achieve, to overcome issues, and we get through them — that in itself is an amazing feat.
However small or big the challenge is, we overcome it and prevail which makes being human so different. What I am trying to say is, that yes we are trying to live in harmony with each other, and we are the children of Mother Earth and are connected with all living things on earth so we must not forget that not only do we need to live in peace amongst one another, but also with all living things on earth. If we understand and reach a bit deeper into our souls we will live a very full and fruitful life.
