The cardholder data flows must be developed for all cardholder data processes. Sample processes may include the cardholder data transmission, storage and processing as applicable. For example following processes must be developed at a minimum:

They have to be simple steps, covering all assets, all connections, elements (PAN, Expiry, CVV, PIN, Track) of card data are flowing at which stage, and must cover all cardholder applications and processes. Refer to Appendix J.
