Translate all text into ENGLISH including the notes section in PowerPoint.
a. Please notify us if you see languages other than Japanese and English in your files.
2. Please use US English/Date/Time format.
3. If text is bilingual, please proofread the English text. Translate from scratch if the bilingual text is not accurate.
4. Please spell check for English US before delivery.
5. Please COPY/PASTE English text unless they are email headers – please retype for email headers.
6. Always include the job in the subject line of emails.
7. Translate all stamps and seals into hard brackets, i.e. [stamp:] [translation]

12. All translated text should be live/editable.
13. For PowerPoint files, we do not need to translate the embedded files that appear as icons and need to be clicked into. We are ONLY translating embedded text that is displayed, such as a chart or a graph on the PowerPoint slides. If you have questions on this please let us know.
13. CAN NOT be Google/machine translated
14. Please do not OCR files. OCR stands for “optical character recognition” and it is when you convert dead text in a PDF to live Word docs. Instead, please copy any graphs/tables using snap shot tool and insert text boxes over the Japanese text. If you deliver files that have been OCR’d they will not be accepted.
