PROJECT AND OFFICE MANAGER
A translation, interpretation and localisation company with its 17th international branch recently opened in London
Job Description
• Direct communication with clients regarding translation and interpreting services by telephone and email
• Preparing quotations for interpreting and translation services
• Following up enquiries and keeping a record of all enquiries received
• Processing confirmed projects
• Liasing with freelance translators and interpreters and service companies
• Managing the whole project process from enquiry to delivery of final translation to the client
• Processing and filing invoices
• Maintaining and updating the sales database
• Reporting daily to the CEO
• Recruiting translators & managing the quality control process
Your Profile
• Higher education is a pre-requisite
• Degree in translation and/or interpreting from an English university
• Experience in the translation industry preferred
• Good knowledge of CAT tools is an advantage
• Communicative with a vibrant personality
• Reliable and engaged with a hands-on approach
• Good time management skills
• Fast learner with good problem solving skills
• Flexibility is vital
• Enthusiastic
