It is evident from records of the communication in reference to project time lines and structure of communication protocol that CPMC is unable to manage the agreement with the client and in the interest of the operator and the project team H/R.
CPMC will still make their services available to conclude the project with the current team provided that;
a. CPMC are allowed a clear and direct communication with WHR and WHR with CPMC.
b. CPMC is included in all project related decisions with the client and operator.
c. Project funding is available for completion of the project as a whole (Phase 1 & Phase 2).
d. Extension of time claim as per the contract agreement is honoured by the client.
