English > English: Proof-reading of an environment text, 4956 words
I need the proof-reading of an environment text of 4956 words.
The text needs to be checked for its phraseology.
Thank you.
Example of text:
The evaluation of the behavior of the cation copper (II) in natural environment was initiated through a continuous experimental (column) which determines its availability and mobility through its distribution in the different phases of the soil.
The results of the simple extraction showed that the copper is extracted with little double distilled water (about 0.01 ppm). However, the use of the mixture of 0.005 M DTPA, 0.01 M calcium chloride and 0.1 M triethanolamine reveals a strong (90%) of the copper extraction yield.
In sequential extraction, approximately 60% of the copper is attached in the R1 moiety, which means that the decrease in pH and / or presence of another cation (for example iron), lead to the mobilization of copper and the increase of its concentration, 15% in R2 , 5% in R3 and 20% in R4. The percolation of double distilled water in an amount that is equivalent to the average monthly volume of rainfall in the region shows that after every application of the complexing agent, there is still a stock of metal that can be mobilized.
Experience has shown that copper is found anthropogenic and is in the R1 fraction. Bioavailability decreases with time as a function of pH.
