The flexibility of the SCT model starts where other unit’s technic ends. With ‘CoatControl’ the SCT systems have the most modern control system. CoatControl stands for fully automatic process control, including automatic subroutines to control the batch at any situation in case of an interruption. It can multiply recipe blocks, run step sequences of many 100 times for multilayers and in addition: recipes and statuses are stored in a separate database in order to avoid undesired disclosure to third parties. Customers can access to PLC codes for troubleshooting of hard and software. And safety is ensured by a safety PLC (according EN ISO 13849-1:2006) which monitors all valves to the reactor.
