Our client provides money handling and cash management solutions to customers across the globe.
We are currently looking to recruit a Japanese-English technical translator with experience in the electronics industry. Can you please provide me with a copy of your current CV, details of relevant experience, and your current rates.
The recruitment process will consist of completing a test piece of of approx 483 characters which has been provided by our client so that you can demonstrate your expertise in this area. The test piece will be unpaid, however the successful candidate will be given first refusal on any future projects for this client that relate to this area of expertise.
For future projects, you will be provided with extensive Translation Memories and Termbases on all projects as well as relevant reference material.
Use of Trados Studio (2009/2011/2014) is essential, as is being able to use a server-based TM.
