Request for translation quotes from freelance translators (no agencies please)
English > Spanish: Sworn translator (EN-ES), International cooperation / evaluation, approx. 170,000 words
In the context of an extensive translation project we need a SWORN translator for the translation of a blended learning training from ENGLISH into SPANISH (approximately 170,000 words).
The project will take place in the period from 02 March 2015 to 30 October 2015.
Applicants interested in this project have to meet the following criteria:
• You are a sworn/ authorized translator for English and Spanish (diploma or certificate necessary).
• You have at least 5 years of experience in translating from English into Spanish (CV necessary).
• You have at least 5 years of experience in translating texts from the field of international cooperation (evidence necessary: in the form of one translation sample or a reference sheet with contact persons).
• You have experience in translating texts from the field of evaluation (at least five translations; evidence necessary in the form of one translation sample or a reference sheet with contact persons).
• You do a short sample translation (approx. 400 words) for us.
