English > Modern Standard Arabic (Gulf countries): Creative Automotive translator, Press Releases, Studio
Our client is a globally known luxury car manufacturer who we have worked with since 1998 on a large number of marketing related projects (brochures, press releases, website, digital content).
We are currently looking to recruit an Arabic translator with experience in the luxury automotive industry to translate press releases. Can you please provide me with a copy of your current CV, details of relevant experience, and your current rates.
The recruitment process will consist of completing a test piece of 298 words which has been provided by our client so that you can demonstrate your expertise in this area. The test piece will be unpaid, howeveryou will be given first refusal on any future projects for this client that relate to this area of expertise.
For future projects, you will be provided with extensive Translation Memories and Termbases on all projects as well as relevant reference material.
You must be able to translate into Modern Standard Arabic as the translations must be understood by all Arabic-speaking countries in the Gulf.
Use of Trados Studio (2011/2014) is essential, as is being able to use a server-based TM.
