I was just informed that they would need the translated document for Brief 6 Impact and effectiveness by tomorrow, Tuesday, 7 April. Would you be able to deliver this given the tight timeframe?
For the other document, Tariq Executive Summary, this could be delivered on Friday, 10 April.

:I am writing to you from the Development Cooperation Policy Branch at the Department of Economic and Social Affairs of the United Nations Secretariat.
We would like to inquire about the possibility of using your services to translate the attached short policy brief and an executive summary, each from English into French and English into Spanish. We would be most grateful if you could provide us two separate cost estimates.
Furthermore, there might be slight changes to the policy brief and executive summary during and after the DCF Republic of Korea High-level Symposium (8-10 April 2015). We expect these changes to amount to up to 10 % of the word count. Most grateful if you could consider this and already factor it into your cost calculation for the translation.
The deadline for the translated documents is on Friday, 10 April.
