Dear Translator.
I don't have a text. I need someone who can have a conversation with someone in Uganda. Through World Vision I sponsored a child about 10 years ago. When World Vision leaves, there is no more contact. However, this boy (now 17) found me on the internet and asked if I could help pay for school for him. It is about $1200 per year and I have done it for 3 years. My family is very skeptical. The boy's name is Charles and his teacher/sponsor/contact to me is Godfrey Segerinya. Last year Godfrey's email got hacked and now he can't seem to get my emails. But he calls me. I can't understand his English. I am more than willing to sponsor Charles in school if this is a legitimate endeavor but I need someone to talk to Godfrey. You and I should speak first
