Request for translation quotes from freelance translators / translation agencies

I am a photographer and publish the pictures from more important events in the photobooks and sell these books in Japan.
The Japanese platform requires the contact with the customer in Japanese – because it can happen, that a customer will write an e-mail to the seller. It is no problem to translate, what is in such e-mail. The problem is to translate the answer from English to Japanese. It would be one, two or three sentences, which I would send per e-mail to you and I would need the Japanese translation of it.
What would be the price for it? Which reaction time could be available?
Additional information – I can prepare the source text (these one to three sentences) alternatively either in polish or in german, if it would be more convenient for you.
