Potential request for translation quotes from freelance translators (no agencies please)

The world leader in professional translation services, software localization, software products is going to select English into Hebrew vendors with experience in:
- Automotive (agriculture) content
Requirements:
- Target language native speaker,
- References of previous experience in above mentioned content (Please, indicate some project/client references).
- Willing to take a non-paid translation test with coverage of relevant expertise areas.
