We hear a radio changing frequencies in the background. Suddenly, a woman’s voice emerges.
Journalist
The SWP, Secret Water Police, announced this morning a tightening of restrictions on water consumption due to the powerful heatwave which continues to crush France. The rations per person have decreased from 5 liters to 2 liters.
1. Entrance to the Aqua Bank / Outside-Daytime
The camera films Paris on Christmas Day.
The loud-speakers hiss the melody from “Jingle Bells” at full volume.
All the sudden we hear gunshots.
Some armed men with ski-masks run out of the Aqua Bank.
They painstakingly struggle to pull containers of water behind them and load them into a van parked in front of the bank.
Gangster 1
Move your ass for fuck’s sake!
The homeless man wakes up and is instantly gunned down by gangster number 1. At this moment another van arrives, attempting to block the path of the first. Three armed men with ski-masks get out. Gangster number 2 approaches them, opens fire and jumps in the van as it peals away. Two of the men are shot and fall to the ground! The last man tries to revive them but they are dead. He looks around, notices the camera and approaches the journalists.

Turn the camera off, damn it!
The gangster starts beating the cameraman, takes the camera away and knocks it on the ground.
