English > Japanese: Book translation (Health Problems), 600 pages, 170,000 words

I need a 600 page book with about 170,000 words translated.

I am interested to get a translator that is willing to deliver the manuscript in both Kindle and Apple iBook with images and cover.

Preference will be given to a good translator who will take minimum payment per word in addition to generous commission on each book sold. We won't take any money out of project until translator has been paid in full. Company guarantees 100% payment but we need terms.
