Asking/negotiating (for/the) salary in new company - before accepting the job

Hi, thanks in advance for your help.

I need the following to be translated in English:

I know how to say "...I would expect a salary of £XX XXX gross per annum"
But the first sentence is hard for me to translate. To make clear that I can't accept less money, but in a friendly way. Just like "Sorry, but I need at least XX XXX..."

Thanks a lot!
