Potential request for translation quotes from freelance translators (no agencies please)
German > English: [Re-posting] URGENT help required on current LEGAL translation to lead to long-term collaboration
Looking for translators and proofreaders for high volume volume project that we are currently processing, meaning, we need to complete the "application process", test you and get you started, today/tonight ideally, tomorrow at the latest for work over the weekend.
If this project goes well, this will lead to a long-term collaboration on future projects of all kinds.
Must be native UK or US speakers
Must be reliable, flexible, punctual, pay attention to detail (for instance, please enter "I'm a great translator" in the subject line of your response! Otherwise your application will not even be looked at) and communicate efficiently (meaning emails are answered within a few minutes during working hours and promptly outside of working hours)
Must work with Trados
Please respond with:
- CV
- References
- General availability
- Time zone
- Rate per word for translation/proofreading (most competitive rates please and any bulk rate discounts)
- how many words you could potentially get done between now and Sunday 10pm CET
Must be willing to perform a 250 word test translation/test proof free of charge.
Currently we have an urgent, high volume project to assign.
