Danish <> English: Looking for Danish Translator For Legal Contract Translation

Greetings from Somya Translators Pvt. ltd.!!
We have an urgent requirement for Danish translator for Legal Contract Translation. Since the documents are confidential in nature and cannot be sent outside client’s network you have to work offsite with remote access on our client’s network (sort of VDI/ VPN platform). It would need good internet connection at your end. Detailed scope of work is as follows:
Scope of work:
The resource would be doing following:-
1. You will work along with client’s Lawyers in translating the documents from Danish to English or vice versa.
2. Translation:-
• You will translate the legal documents, ala contracts, purchase orders, terms and conditions in Danish language into English & vice versa.
• Extract information from Danish documents (Legal documents & agreements)
• Capture metadata from Danish contracts into English metadata
• Legal translation service
Nature of the interpretation:
• Review and analyze different contractual documents,
• Abstraction of basic Contractual information as per the business rules and guidelines,
• Translate the abstracted information to English as a final deliverable,
• Able to learn and adapt to different contract management tools and platforms,
• Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft office,
• Attention to detail,
• Good communication skills.
3. Shift timing:- 1030 – 1930 hrs (As per IST)
4. Number of days of the project:- Initial estimation - 6 days
