We need proofreading and quality assurance assessment/evaluation of a 338-item (4,232 English words) English>Thai translation of a survey for accuracy, completeness, correct terminology usage, syntax, style and grammatical/linguistic integrity.
We would need a Thai proofreader to review each item carefully in the English>Thai translation by comparing it with the original English and to make corrections and offer comments regarding any possible changes or edits that may be required. The review must make note of any errors in spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
A separate Word doc will also be needed with a 3-4 paragraph summary IN ENGLISH regarding the overall quality of the Thai translation and also addressing any specific problem areas.
This is an actual project that needs to be completed no later than 12:00 Noon CST on Thursday October 29, 2015 or as soon as possible before that.
Please let us know if you are available to handle this project and, if so, what your total fee would be in $US Dollars. We are not requesting a rate per word, but rather, a total price.
This is a request for a quote and does not yet constitute a job order. If we find your price and turn-around time to be acceptable, we will issue a Purchase Order which will authorize you to commence work.
Please get back to us as soon as possible as we need to assign this project to a proofreader today.
