决定了清政府的内外政策。本文意在已有的研究 基础之上,进而揭示义和团运动期间,慈禧太后出 于什么样的心态,采取了哪些重大决策? 搞清这 些问题,不但可以加深对于义和团运动的理解,而 且有助于解读当时的中国社会。
