Potential request for copywriting quotes from freelance translators (no agencies please)
German > French / Norwegian: Automotive owner and service manuals, Studio, post-editing
With a long and fascinating history, our client is a major European automotive manufacturer.
There will be requirements to post-edit machine translated owner handbooks and onboard literature.
These projects range in size and work will be ongoing over the coming year; we have completed 350 projects since February 2013. We get little notice of projects, deadlines are tight, and files can be tag heavy, but for the right candidate there is a high volume of work available.
Reference materials will be provided on a project by project basis.
If you have automotive experience, can post-edit machine translation, and have Studio 2009/2011/2014, then please send me your latest CV demonstrating relevant experience along with your post-editing rates (per 1,000 words, not hourly).
