Bei dem Patienten wurde im Januar die Diagnose einer interstitiellen Pneumonie gestellt. Histomorphologisch war das Bild vereinbar mit einer NSIP. Bei deutlich erhöhtem Rheumafaktor ist von einer autoimmunologischen Erkrankung auszugehen, so daß eine Therapie mit Prednisolon begonnen wurde.
Nun stellt sich der Patient zur Verlaufskontrolle vor. Momentan nimmt er noch 20 mg Prednisolon ein.
