Potential request for translation quotes from freelance translators (no agencies please)

Our client is a globally known luxury car manufacturer who we have worked with since 1998 on a large number of marketing related projects (brochures, press releases, website, digital content).
We are currently looking to recruit German creative translators with experience in the luxury automotive industry. Can you please provide me with a copy of your current CV, details of relevant experience, and your current rates: annika.woXXX@XXXimatur.co.uk.
The recruitment process will consist of completing a short test piece of 300 words which has been provided by our client so that you can demonstrate your expertise in this area. The test piece will be unpaid, however the successful candidate will be given first refusal on any future projects for this client that relate to this area of expertise.
For future projects, you will be provided with extensive Translation Memories and Termbases on all projects as well as relevant reference material.
Use of Trados Studio (2011/2014/2015) is essential.
