Single House Process
We never directly work with the final client but with professionals such as architects and builders who have a wood frame based house experience / expertise and have followed the simple XXX concept one day training.
Once realized by the designer / architect, following the client requirements, the plans will be controlled and finalized by our Engineering Team for a 1 500,00€ fixed fee. The team will then edit a proposal including a quotation for the materials to be delivered on site and the transport.
