English > Spanish: Cultural mediator and interpreter needed in Barcelona (Spain) in December
Dear Sir or Madam,
we are looking for interpreters and cultural mediators in Barcelona for a project starting in December 2016. See all detailed information below.
Main requirements
5 certificated languages (*)
Compulsory languages: Catalan, Spanish, English (Native level or C1)
Plus two other optional languages: French, German or Italian (minimum B2)
Information about the job
Workplace: Barcelona, Spain (Ayuntamiento de Barcelona)
Assignment: Cultural mediator/Interpreter; Interpretation between the police and tourists
Working hours: 3 shifts: indicatively 10:00-18:00; 18:00-00:00 from Monday to Friday; flexible working hours on Saturday and Sunday. Part- or full-time job.
Salary: minimum 1,000.00 Euro; nights and weekends are paid more
Work period: from December 2016 (first a three month contract will be offered)
(*) All languages have to be certificated due to the fact that we are working with a governmental institution, except native speakers.
