Hi, I am conducting a research on the topic "A study to assess the effectiveness of information booklet on knowledge regarding tuberculosis among the tuberculosis client in selected DOTS centres in Guwahati Assam", and therefore I need to translate my research tools and information booklet to Assamese.
Tools consists of 34questions in the form of multiple choice question example:

And information booklet consist of 30 pages about tuberculosis.

INTRODUCTION:

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that usually affects the lungs. Compared with other disease caused by a single infectious agent, tuberculosis is the second biggest killer, globally.

In 2015, 1.8 million people died from the disease with 10.4 million people falling ill. According to World Health Organization (WHO) in Global TB report 2016, India has doubled the number of estimate deaths in 2015 i.e.480,000 deaths up from 220,000 deaths in 2014.

According to TB status report, Government of India, the number of total patients registered for treatment in Assam was 38,317 being the highest among the North-East India in 2015.
