Main Duties
Translating from English into Tamil.
Proofreading and editing client-provided materials.
Conforming existing scripts/subtitle files to particular specifications of various clients.
Education, Experience and Competencies:
Be a Native Speaker of Tamil.
Possess strong knowledge of English.
Must be able to type using Tamil font.
Have relevant education and/or experience related to translation, literature, journalism or communication.
Have the ability to multitask on numerous projects, manage your time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Be an enthusiast of World Cinema & Entertainment.
As part of our recruitment and selection process, you will be required to take our subtitling qualification test. Upon passing the test, rates and further information will be provided.
