Request for consecutive interpretation quotes from freelance translators / translation agencies

Greetings,
I would like to check your interest in our potential Interpretation project from English to Hakka-Chin with the following details:
We need 6 OPI (over the phone interpreters) where 4 of them should be medical interpreters and 2 non-medical interpreters.
Kindly, read the job requirements carefully and confirm each point by filling in the below table.
Must be fluent in English and Native on target language/s, CEFR level “C1, C2, B2 only
Minimum one year of experience in telephone interpretation
Must be available to work at a minimum of 5 logged hours during the work hours of the chosen time zone (US and UK)
Ability to professionally communicate with various diverse backgrounds and cultures
Good computers with dual-core, 2GHZ processor such as Intel Core i3 or higher
RAM with 4 GB
USB Headsets are a MUST (Wireless headsets or earphones are not allowed)
Good internet connection with a minimum speed of 4 MB for download and upload
The computer must work on Ethernet. Wireless internet is not allowed as clients' system detect this
The computer must work with a power adapter plugged in. Don't work using a battery.
Talents should accept a free test of 15-20 min
Talents will be paid according to talk time (average talk time per hour is 45 min.) but we need talents to be available for a minimum of 5 hrs.
We offer high occupancy and utilization percentage for talents during the 5 hrs. of availability (80% utilization rate)
No minimum charge is accepted
Talents should provide a photo of their workstation (speakers, power adapter plugged in, Ethernet cable plugged in)
After checking the requirements please confirm the following:
1. If you accept our budget of $0.25 per talking minute
2. provide a photo of your workstation (speakers, power adapter plugged in, Ethernet cable plugged in).
3. Your updated CV after highlighting your experience either in the medical field or any other fields.
