Project Background
This is a localization project for a leading ICT company in China. The project has strict quality requirements, and we are looking for a professional EN–Icelandic Translators for long-term remote collaboration.
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above.
2.Native Icelandic speaker with English proficiency at IELTS 6.5 or above (or equivalent).
3.At least 3 years of localization experience(UI) in linguistic quality management, translation, or proofreading.
4.Agree that the translator bears ultimate responsibility for the final delivered content and is able to provide timely revisions based on up to 2rounds of post-delivery quality feedback.
5.Able to communicate via WeChat or Teams in a timely manner.
6.Highly detail-oriented, responsible, and patient.
7.Willing to complete an unpaid test and a training with 2nd test(Open book) if required.
Application & Onboarding Process
Unpaid short translation test → Contract signing → Self-study of project guidelines → Paid second-round test(Open book) → Official onboarding upon passing
