Certified translation of a 9-page bound Notary Bundle (English to German).
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I require an officially certified translation (beglaubigte Übersetzung) of a bound notary document pack for submission to German authorities (LEA Berlin). The translation must be completed and officially stamped by a court-sworn translator registered in Germany (in Deutschland gerichtlich beeidigter/ermächtigter Übersetzer). The uploaded PDF consists of 9 pages in total, but the actual text volume is very low, and the content is highly repetitive.
Breakdown of the 9-page bundle:
• 4 British Name Change Deeds (Deed Polls): Very short, standardized 1-page texts.
• 4 Matching British Apostilles: Standardized 1-page forms.
• 1 German Notary Certification Statement: This final page is already entirely in German and does not require translation. It is bound to the deeds with a notary cord and seal. It only needs to be mentioned in the translator's final certification statement to confirm that the translation was made from an officially certified copy (amtlich beglaubigte Abschrift).
Please provide a binding quote for:
1. The initial certified translation of the document pack.
2. The additional cost for 2 extra physical certified copies (Mehrstücke) for my records.
