English > French: Academically-oriented and carefully crafted letter to a French publisher, 800 words

My document is an 800-word letter written to an exacting *French-speaking* party who controls the reprint and/or translation rights to works originally written in Spanish. Literary translation is the subject of the letter, so it is essential that the French translation of the letter retain the carefully-phrased and academically-oriented style of the original. I am seeking a native speaker of French with tested expertise in comprehending complex (preferably academic) English prose. The translator does not need to know Spanish.

I have two primary needs. One is to have the document translated within the next two days (sooner if possible). The need need other is to have this work performed by a translator who is a sensitive enough reader of English to be able to retain the quality of complex and carefully-crafted English sentences as she translates them into French. I realize that this may be a tall order!
