English > French: Are you a French Translator? Do you live in or around Manchester, UK?

We have an exciting opportunity for a native French translator with a flair for creative writing (marketing background a bonus) and/or an interest in the field of Sports Journalism/ Football.
One of our major, world-renowned clients has an ongoing requirement for the translation of short SMS text alerts from English into French during sports events.
Ideally you will:
• live in Manchester or within travelling distance
• be available to carry out onsite translations once/ twice a week (including weekend days) for 4 hours per session
• have Sports/ Marketing/ Journalism experience
• have Football knowledge

As a minimum you will need:
• a minimum of 3 years translation experience
• to be French mother tongue speaker
• to be available to work in Manchester
• to take a short test piece
